Back when the coffee scene first started in Seattle, roasters were making a lot of dark-roasted coffee. Our espresso blend is composed of three different dark-roasted coffees and has been a favorite at our shop for decades. Despite its name it works well not only as espresso but also just about any way you make your coffee.
