A balanced blend of Brazilian, Guatemalan, Papua New Guinean, and Ethiopian coffees, roasted to a fuller medium. Chocolate and brown sugar dominate, with a mellow earthy note and a quiet lift of berry on the finish. Built for everyday drinking - works as drip, pour over, or espresso.
Named for the Colman Building, the historic 1889 Pioneer Square landmark that has housed The Good Coffee Company since 1985.
